We are seeking a responsible, personable, organized individual with excellent attention to detail who works well on assignments with multiple team members and has experience in a medical office setting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Greeting people entering the building, answering any questions, providing directions, and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them. Manage client sign-in sheets. Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone. Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter. Handle filing and data entry as requested. Scheduling patients as needed or requested. Assist clinical staff with admin duties. Supply management and correspondence. Ensures the effectiveness of the clinic operations and maintains a professional appearance and environment. Assist with new patient referrals. Part-time to start, Monday-Thursday from 2-7 p.m. in-person position. Desired Skills: Ability to provide a high level of customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and external customers. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality. Bilingual in Spanish, required.

Medical terminology including HIPAA, preferred but not required. Attention to detail and accuracy. Knowledge of basic computer skills: MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Why IICA:
